Before I proceed, let me first wish you all a very warm welcome to Logomas Packaging's 9th Annual Awards Presentation and Dinner event. Also, I would like to thank everyone present for turning up, and I hope you all have a wonderful and memorable evening. Without further ado, let me present to you the customary speech.

As we all know, we are competing in an increasingly competitive and difficult business environment that is filled with unknown risks, challenges and obstacles. However, this company, in its 9th year, has successfully faced and overcome these obstacles before. Our strength lies in our ability to unite and succeed amidst difficult times. We have proven that we can do it. Each year, the environment will change. The criteria that defines who will emerge amidst the intense competition does not change. And the most important of all is that everyone in the company remains united.

The upcoming year will be no different. The external environment remains competitive. What determines whether or not we will continue to be successful will depend upon all of us, as employees. We must strive to remain united. We must cooperate with one another. We must uphold the values of team spirit. We must remember that we are all on the same page, in the same boat. We must ensure that we do our utmost to keep this boat afloat. If the boat sinks, we all go down with it. We must strive to ensure that everyone upholds the values of integrity, commitment, cooperation, communication and trust.

Together, we can surely, as proven before, meet and overcome all challenges, and meet all the targets we set for ourselves.
